LegalWorks is a cloud-based Document & Email Management solution for your law firm. This help file will acquaint you with the basics of logging into and navigating LegalWorks.
Logging into LegalWorks
You will log into and use LegalWorks from a web browser such as Internet Explorer (Windows) or Safari (Mac OS). Your firm has its own unique web address (URL) for LegalWorks, which was provided to you when you signed up for LegalWorks. To log into LegalWorks, open a web browser and enter your firm-specific web address.
You can move throughout LegalWorks by using its two navigation functions:
The Top Navigation, the tabs at the very top of the LegalWorks interface, which includes links to LegalWorks’ core functions including Matters, Firm Documents and Search.
The QuickLaunch, the links at the very left of the LegalWorks interface, which includes links to LegalWorks’ secondary functions including your Favorite Docs, Clients and Settings.
From these two navigations you can access all aspects of LegalWorks. Next, we recommend you Setup LegalWorks to get started with Microsoft Office integration (including Outlook) as well as Mapped Drives within LegalWorks.
